This rare and exquisite pair of earrings feature Japanese Momo coral beads with a deep texture and beautiful color. There are two 16.5mm beads, and two 11mm beads. These earrings are made with gold filled wire and shepherds hook earwires with a secure silicone ear nut. 1.75" total length.  Momo Coral is extremely rare and is only produced when a sponge inhabits a coral colony, emitting an acid that carves little tunnels which becomes it's habitat. This process differentiates Momo Coral (a precious coral) from Sponge Coral (not precious), which has differently colored vein-banding and a different texture.
