The Speedmaster has an incredible history starting with automotive racing moving into flight and eventually to NASA and the U.S. Space Program. There are many subtle differences within the vintage Omega Speedmaster range of references that make them all slightly unique and different.
This specific 2000's era Ref. 145.0022 is the Omega Speedmaster Broad Arrow reissue. The Broad Arrow Speedmaster takes inspiration from the early Omega Speedmasters that possessed a stainless steel bezel and the distinctive broad arrow set of hands.This reference is becoming a modern cult classic and has the key features of a vintage broad arrow Speedmaster packaged up in a functional modern execution.
