The Rolex Datejust is one of the most iconic and most beloved Rolex watches ever made. This 1964 Datejust Ref. 1601 retains its original "pie-pan" silver sunburst "SWISS" only dial and is in excellent condition with its Jubilee bracelet and white gold fluted bezel. This piece would make a great start for a new vintage collector, or be a great addition to an expanding collection. CASE & BRACELET

The case is in overall great condition and has been polished in the past, showing minimal signs of use. The white gold fluted bezel remains very crisp and in excellent overall condition. The Rolex 6251H rolled-link Jubilee bracelet retains 22 links that feature normal stretch for the style and age of the bracelet and will fit up to a 7 1/2-inch wrist. 

DIAL & HANDS

The original and stunning "pie-pan" silver sunburst "SWISS" only dial is in remarkable condition, the dial exhibits a subtle yet attractive tonal texture throughout. The early tritium lume plots have taken on a lovely golden patina and under U.V. light inspection only the 7 o'clock lume plot exhibits light degradation. The original tritium hands match the dial perfectly with no degradation present under U.V. light inspection. The metallic date wheel is likely an early OEM service unit with closed 6's and 9's.

None. The watch was recently serviced and is keeping time perfectly, backed by a 1-year warranty on accurate timekeeping.
